My main goal is to spread joy through pastries. Every item is homemade to-order and is always produced with fresh ingredients. If needed, each dessert can be adjusted based on food allergy or personal preference. Meet the Chef
Some of my earliest memories are baking in the kitchen with my grandma. As I got older, I realized that baking was my passion.
After high school, I started an Etsy page selling homemade pastries, but discontinued in order to expand my knowledge. I went on to earn a diploma in Pastry Arts at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and have worked at Rocheli Patisserie, North Italia, and Swedish Hill in Downtown Austin! I have had the pleasure of recently starting as a cake decorator at Word of Mouth Fine Catering.
