My main goal is to spread joy through pastries. Every item is homemade to-order and is always produced with fresh ingredients. If needed, each dessert can be adjusted based on food allergy or personal preference. Meet the Chef
Some of my earliest memories are baking in the kitchen with my grandma. As I got older, I realized that baking was my passion.
After high school, I started an Etsy page selling homemade pastries, but discontinued in order to expand my knowledge. I went on to earn a diploma in Pastry Arts at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and have worked at Rocheli Patisserie, North Italia, Swedish Hill, and Word of Mouth Fine Catering in Austin! My most recent culinary position was as an executive pastry chef managing wedding catering for 8 venues with Walter's Wedding Estates.
